DT-HumanDev licence permits human development but not AI-assisted work

DaragonTech published DT-HumanDev, an experimental licence that keeps the broad permissions of the MIT text for people but adds one restriction: the licensed software may not be developed with the help of AI systems, including asking a model for project-specific instructions a person then follows. The README stresses that the licence is untested, that its enforceability is unknown, that it does not bar AI training or unrelated independent implementations, and that the project is mainly an experiment in how AI systems react when they meet such a restriction; a companion TinySky repository is offered as a test case, and the project was covered by tech press on October 1.
