IREN Limited said it completed its acquisition of Mirantis, a cloud software and services company, through roughly 12.6 million ordinary shares fixed at signing plus about $40 million in cash, restricted stock units and other consideration at closing, adding AI workload orchestration, monitoring and customer support to IREN’s AI cloud platform. Mirantis, which serves more than 1,500 enterprise customers and is an inaugural partner of the NVIDIA AI Cloud Ready Initiative, had integrated its k0rdent AI platform with NVIDIA DSX OS software components, and IREN said the open source k0rdent AI platform would continue to be developed and supported for Mirantis customers. IREN had announced the deal on May 5, 2026, when it was valued at about $625 million in stock.
