A source audit of openocta/openocta finds the AIOps agent's root LICENSE went GPL-3.0, then Apache-2.0 on July 10, then back to GPL-3.0 in a September 16 commit, while the English and Chinese READMEs, the Windows installer, and the project website still describe Apache-2.0 licensing, leaving adopters to reconcile conflicting terms.
