Sidero Labs, the company behind Talos Linux and Omni, announced it has been acquired by Yardi, saying the Kubernetes operating system stays fully open source under MPL-2.0 with the same repositories and contribution process while Yardi’s backing funds new work such as the Talos Hypervisor.
